Muéranse de la envidia!!!!!!! 

Este es un post que recuperamos ahora, porque durante los siguientes dos días, LOS PIXIES tocarán y harán gozar a toda la banda que se dará cita en el Foro Sol y en el Metropolitan.

Debo hacer varios agradecimientos.

El primero es para un brother de LARUTADELMAL que hizo malditamente feliz a este Doctor Maligno, no piensen mal lelos. Este tío me vendió un boleto para el Metropólitan a precio banda. El mal se lo multiplicará. Gracias Totales Esteban!!!!!!

El otro agradecimiento es para nuestro super brother AGUS DEL MAL. Hace como 6 meses, este tío pudo ver a LOS PIXIES en Londres y según cuenta, tuvo que pelear y ariesgar su vida para conseguir el tracklist del evento. Y en su infinita magnanimidad, y conociendo que somos fanáticos de los pixies, nos regaló la lista de rolas. Gracias hermano!!!

La neta es que con los PIXIES todo está re-jodidamente bien, entre ayer y hoy escuché casi todos los discos de éste gran grupo: COME ON PILGRIM; SURFER ROSA; DOOLITTLE; BOSSANOVA; TROMPE LE MONDE; DEATH TO THE PIXIES; PIXIES AT THE BBC; THE PIXIES; HASTA ESOS DONDE SÓLO CANTA EL BLACK FRANCIS; Y EL INFALTABLE PIXIES: COMPLETE B-SIDES.

No podría decidirme por algún disco en especial, sin embargo, hoy me pareció que el Complete B Sides es un gran disco, baile idiotamente rola tras rola, como en aquellos años en donde los escuchaba las primeras veces. Se supone que el Complete B Sides contiene la obra oculta de los PIXIES, pero en nuestros días ya no son desconocidas estas rolas para nadie.

Y aunque no es un grupo que haga canciones con letras eruditas, sin duda si son prodigiosas, rudas, sublimes, según te sientas, y si es uno de esos grupos que te ponen la piel de gallina, o mejor, de gallo, Macho. Y sin duda, estos tíos de Boston me siguen alegrando los días como desde hace muchos años lo vienen haciendo.

Los integrantes: El genio, vocal y guitarrista de la bandotototototototota Franck Black –o Black Francis-; la nada agraciada vocal y bajista, pero super-sexy-ruda Kim Deal –vocal y líder de The Breeders-; Joey Santiago, guitarra principal -actualmente en The Martinis con su esposa-; David Lovering, el incansable baterista, -se metió tantas drogas que ahora le da por eso de la metafísica y la ciencia, y le ayuda a su amiguis Frank Black and the Catholics con espectáculos de trucos basados en el magnetismo y la física-.

Pues aquí les dejo los discos que tengo, me tarde mucho tiempo, porque subí los 4 discos de Definitive Pixies, pero aquí están los frutos de tan arduo trabajo.
